Construction of the Gunboat "Arisaka" has been completed and has been immediately been transferred to the 66th after the full arrival of its crew. It has been prepared to operate as a long distance escorting vessel, carrying additional H-Fuel reserves for other lighter vessels. I've been placed as it's commanding officer.

Attention,

As you've already been informed, I've been reinstated as the commanding officer of the battlegroup. Recent reports regarding our activities are nowhere close to what I'd hoped for. I'm ordering all active units in the Omicron Cluster or Tohoku theater are to provide a status report on activities within the past few months.

That said, Rokujūroku Tokubetsu Ensei-ka has new directives. We've been tasked with running recon and infiltration operations within the Tau cluster. Following the end of the war in Bretonia, the Taus are a threat source that is yet to be ascertained. Our objective is to ascertain the threat level in the neighboring Tau systems, solidify the Empire's claims on Saga (Tau-29), weaken Bretonia's grip on the torn Seto system as well as collect all relevant Intel on Taus Twenty-Three and Thirty-One.

Battlecruiser Niitaka, destroyers Asahi and Hizen are to deploy to Kyushu system, attach to the Nagasaki fleet and standby for further instructions in regards for operations in the Taus cluster. Of course, under most circumstances, directives are only issued by the Sixty Sixth upper echelon.

Effective immediately, NK Yuki Arakaki is in charge of operations in the northern theater and expeditionary efforts in the Omicrons - aforementioned reports are to be directed to her. Commander Arakaki is to provide a draft plan on further operations in the sector at the earliest convenience
