My friend lost her money while transfering to her another char.
After transfering the game suddenly crashed and when login to her target char, she doesn't recieve the money and the money is gone from her previous char recently at this hour.

I need help for getting back the money to her again cuz the amount is much enough (600m)
For character details I'll PM to any active admins who can answer this problem

Make a new thread here. It is invisible to everyone but the admins so don't worry if it 'disappears' after you post it.

Make sure to write whole story and mention exact time of transfer, names of characters etc. to make things easier for the admins. I'm sure they'l take care of it asap.
