Hmmmh. I like burgers, but I can't understand burgers with frites françaises INSIDE of them. I'll need to dig around for pics of burgers I made in the past. Burger assembly is among my favourite hobbies !

I'm not a fan of them either, but for convenience's sake it's easier to eat it all at once than to wait.

Here's another good one.



Half-pound of local ground beef
Portabello mushroom
Fried sundried tomatoes
Monterrey jack cheese
Applewood smoked bacon
Fresh cut local lettuce
All sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches instead of buns.

Why on earth do you have to make a food thread now too? Uggghhhhh now I want it.

Ah yes, yes, the Frenchman in me (that is me, rather) has to admit that this looks exquisite, with a multilayered, multitextured taste. Most likely a triumph.

And as a particularly food-obsessed Frenchman, I can safely say that a food thread is all Disco desperately needed.
