After server restart and for a yet undisclosed amount of time, the Nomad Countermeasure Dropper will serve as a Cloak Disruptor.

It will consume 50 Nomad Cloak Batteries per use. It has 45003000 range and a cooldown of 30 seconds.

Please post feedback in here, preferably after testing it or if you see an obvious flaw.
Considering the nomad CM is buyable by any nomad-related ID owner and it can be used on any nomad ship class without the limiting factor of cost similar to a conventional disruptor, the range should be scaled down to fighter-grade disruptor levels.

Edit: Fixed-ish
When I try to use it it says "ERR Not enough batteries" even though I have 1000.
You would need to allow the Vagrant ID to buy cloak batteries for this to work for us.
Nomads are missing a sense of, 'uniqueness', I fear.
