Zravstvuyte, Dr. Belov, its a Anton Shweik. In time of my Militsiya service, i wanted to continue my scientific study and submitted request to the Militia command. They transferred my documents to HCSTA, where i was recommended to service in SCEC.

But as you know, science is more than just obeying orders, so I personally ask you to accept me as a aspirant in your research group. I readed your articles about alien technologies in "Herald of HCSTA", it's amazing how much work did your group for Coalition People's biological engineering. Greetings, Dr. Belov, my name is Adam Kovtun;

We spoke days ago in Cayman when I met up with you and your escort ships, where I expressed my interest in applying. I'm sure it is our shared belief that if the Coalition is to remain mighty, it must search all avenues of expansion, and in a well guarded manner. And the scientific fields are no exclusion. That being said, I would now like to apply for the position of an escort vessel with the intention of being part of an expeditionary force in case the situation arises to venture in to uncharted territory. If accepted you will have my crew, myself, and the two following vessels at your disposal, which are documented in my dossier for your viewing.

Short Biography: Adam was born in 801 AS on Zhukovsky Station in Omega-52 to a Military family. Like many other children of the Coalition, Adam completed schooling and went on to study Communications and Intelligence at Novosibirsk Military Academy. Following his schooling, he began training at Mykolaiv Research Station for firearms, operation of Fighter, Gunboat, and Destroyer class vessels for the time being.

Adam would serve on the CPW-Kuybyshev as intelligence and communications team leader. In addition he flew escort missions alongside the Kuybyshev, commanding a Coalition Storm Gunboat named The Kargat. Eventually became Captain of the Kuybyshev after it was ambushed in the Omegas by roaming Wilde fighter craft and a bomber that destroyed the bridge and most of the weaponry on board. After Adam successfully guided the ship back into Omega 52 following the ambush, which was the basis for his promotion to Captain of the Kuybyshev for his brave actions and quick thinking, which saved many crew members lives that day. He would then oversee the reconstruction of The Kuybyshev's destroyed bridge and weapons, deciding to upgrade the armor of his new Destroyer as the old armor was worn and clearly tested by battle.

Upon hearing of the SCEC's formation and open recruitment he came to the conclusion that, along with his loyal crew members, he could serve the Motherland in new ways. With some extra time in the dry dock, The Kuybyshev was upgraded further with the means and technology the SCEC would require for an escort and reconnaissance ship.

Full Name: Grachov Anatoliy Dmitriyevich

Brief biography: Not much can be said about Grachov. He overuses his position of the "simple soldier" when it comes to negotiations with anybody in the Open Space, when he completely realizes that he can do greater things, but he simply doesn't wants to. An outstanding soldier on the front and a good comrade on the backline. Personal experience includes numerous encounters with an alien race and unknown encounters. Also has specific opinions about the Coalition's Government.

Additional Notes: "Pripyat" assignment. CPW "Pripyat" was built and manufactured at February, 825 A.S. It's a Hurricane-II class Battlecruiser which is in direct command of commander Grachov. However, there is no existing notes about commander Grachov being assigned to any capital ships in the past.

Reason to join: I just want to contribute to something greater. Our primary fleet? Nah. Now, contributing to our progress seems more reasonable to me and I'm ready to do everything that is required from me.

Brief biography: I was born on Zvedny Gorodok in a family of a military engineer. Since childhood I was keen on spacecrafts and everything related to engineering. I also dreamt of following my father's footsteps and become a military engineer. After coming of age, I went to study to Military Technical Engineering University of the Coalition (MTEUC) with major in military engineering. Having finished the studies with honours, I spent three years working for SCRA as an engineer. After these years of hard and diligent work, I was offered a relocation to SCEC where my skills would be put to better use.

Reason to join: The High Command proposed that I should transfer to SCEC due to having excelled at the service.
