To those interested in operating capital ships within the NFZ of Freeport 11 for Aid in Defense, Trade or other Purposes within CoF Regulations:

The following Channel has been opened to maintain a mode of communications with the operators of Non-Zoner capital vessels within the NFZ of Freeport 11. As of February 19th, 825 AS, any vessels that have not been given prior formal authorization or exemption from regulations regarding the control of Capital ships within the NFZ are required to submit requests to this channel. Failure to comply will result in fine or other regulation. Furthermore, this will serve as a database of exempted ships. If you operate an exempted ship, please respond with the second template. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS OF JANUARY 1ST, 825 AS, BUSTARD CARRIERS ARE CONSIDERED AS CAPITAL SHIPS. IF YOU OPERATE A BUSTARD-CLASS CIVILIAN CARRIER, YOU MUST REGISTER HERE OR DECLARE PRIOR EXEMPTION. You may also use this channel to request exemption. Furthermore, those exempted or permitted into the NFZ may be requested to aid in the defense of the Freeport. The Administration of Freeport 11 reserves the right to deny or rescind access or exemptions AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. Zoner capital-type vessels do not need to use this system, as they are pre-exempted as part of Section II, Subsection 4 of the Laws of the Confederation of Freeports.

Furthermore, for the sake of installation security, the following capital vessels and vessels in general have been banned and are to be asked to leave or be fired upon:
ZCV-Sparta (Reason: Aiding an element of the Commune which poses threat to Station Security)
Commune (C~ - Tagged vessels
Slomon K'hara vessels and infectees

The Following factions have been granted exemption status due to being active members of the Freeport's Defense Forces:
The Core (Core|/Core Secondary Forces (//Indie) Ident)
Auxesia (A/- Ident)

Any violation of the CoF Regulations whilst in the NFZ of Freeport 11 or any other Freeport will result in your access or exemption being rescinded.

Currently at this time Liners are not required to be exempted or request access, the Tsukuyomi's access request has been rejected, however, in the event this does change, the Tsukuyomi has been exempted summarily.
