2. What exactly are you requesting?

A modification of the Outcast ID, allowing for:

-Usage of exactly: 4x Nomad Prototypes, 2x Nomad Hybrid Cannons and a Nomad Thruster II, on a Raven's Talon VHF, with a 100% tech cell adjustment on items mentioned.

-Friendly reputation to Nomads and Wild, with docking rights.

3. Exact name, identification and affiliation of the character:
(C~Azhi-Dahaka, Outcast ID, Outcast IFF.

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?

As part of the character's story arc, whereby the character became mind-linked with the Vagrant Mindshare and received infested equipment from the same, it became necessary to display these changes in a satisfactory way. In fact, I've delayed this SRP request, questioning its necessity for quite some time, before deciding that this was the best course of action. It would allow other players (and in some cases, their characters) to identify Hussaini for what he is - a Vagrant-aligned infectee within the Commune, and adjust their RP towards him accordingly. It would also motivate me, in no small way, to continue playing and producing RP related to this character, progressively adding to the story of the ship's infestation, and the story of the character's somewhat unique situation, as a link between worlds.

5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?

-Steer the Commune into a position of power by any means necessary.

-Maintain his own power, and increase it.

-Serve as a link between the Commune and the Vagrants.

-Work on bringing a modified version of the Mindshare to Mankind.

-Ascend into a higher form of life.

1. Hussaini's voyage to the Vagrant home, a spelunking escapade that nearly ended his life, and the subsequent establishment of a mind-link between his incubus and the Vagrant mindshare.

2. The mindlink between Hussaini and the Vagrant Dione. Contained within are various correspondences, instructions and Hussaini's request for "illuminated weaponry".

3. The datasheet for the ship 'Azhi-Dahaka', Hussaini's personal strike craft and the subject of this request.

4. Part of character's prologue, earliest times on his homeworld Samarra, and the infection story.

8. How long has this character been building its backstory?

If I am not mistaken, some time since 2011, with the emergence of the Samarran Raiders. Though the tone and substance of the character changed with time, it reflected my own process of maturing as a person, and the change the DiscoveryGC community underwent as a whole.

3. What exactly do you want changed?

3a. ID line changes to a modified Commune ID, from a modified OC ID as it is currently. Modified lines as follows:

Quote:The pilot using this unlawful ID is a nomad-human hybrid who:

Can attack anyone in self-defense or to assist Nomads or Wild anywhere.
Can attack any ship within his Zone of Influence, except transports.
Can demand cargo and credits from any ship within his Zone of Influence, and attack them if they do not comply.
Can treat any ship carrying Artifacts, Stabiline, Azurite, or Nomad Remains as combat targets within his Zone of Influence.
Can treat any ship equipped with Nomad equipment anywhere as combat target and engage them, except if they have a Wild or Nomad ID (any variant).
Zone of Influence: Omicrons, Taus, Sigmas, Liberty, Bretonia, Baffin, Coronado, Cortez, Magellan, Drake, Unknown.

(trimmed obsolete lines pertaining to using other ships, and the line for docking on nomad bases, for obvious reasons.)

3b. Further allowance of remaining hybrid tech (shields, cloak, weapon loadouts, etc), with accompanying tech-nerf adjustments (if not already in place, haven't tested).

3c. Nomad Guardians to be moved to neutral. I am aware that the administrators' position was that they shouldn't be friendly; But them being hostile causes various unnecessary inconveniences.

3d. OC IFF -> Unknown IFF

4. Why are these changes necessary?

4a. A lot has changed since the SRP's implementation. As the Commune ID is now in-game, the SRP ID should be modified to reflect that, rather than the old OC ID. The progression of time, and the acquisition of a power-cell from Aoi Iseijin is leading the ship (and Hussaini) to hybridize further and faster; The rest of the hybrid tech would be a fitting way to display this "growth". The IFF is, I believe, self-explanatory; The OC IFF is no longer fitting in any shape or form, and the Unknown IFF is necessary to display the ship's malfunctioning/scrambled transponders. Otherwise it follows the typical SRP rules regarding technology and loadouts.
