Is there no way to stop NPCs from tractoring more than their ship should hold?

I've had my fill of LFs and Freighters taking thousands of units of cargo.

It's bad enough that they nick our stuff.

They should have their tractor beams removed.

Amen to that.

I think it's great, up to a some point that they nick some of the loot, but definitely not over the size of their cargo space, and not thousands of units.

Can we please? Or at least make them unable to tractor 10 times what they can hold?
