I've been playing Freelancer Discovery on and off for about 4 years, Though never formally used the forums myself.
So hello

I started playing via a friend who introduced me to the game and the servers of Discoverygc.
I would say that I have little experience in role playing, though I am eager to learn more.
I really enjoy flying and trading with just freelancer ID , but I am looking for a more dedicated role by maybe joining a faction. Which is why I decided to introduce myself in the forums

If you're enjoying trading on a freelancer ID, perhaps check out Freelancing Escorts and Repairs - [FL-ER] ? it's a group of freelancers based around working together to get, and complete, contracts, as well as generally helping each other out in a corp-eat-corp world. We have good (or at least neutral) reputations just about everywhere except Gallia, and while we tend to stay lawful-aligned with contracts from corporations such as BMF| and IMG| for example, we do indulge in smuggling with Unioners, Corsairs and/or Outcasts. I also try and keep us registered with a variety of bounty boards for hunting (mostly pirates we dont already work with ) and Player-owned bases for trading ores.

Being mostly traders, you dont need to be a RP expert, just willing to chat with who ever comes along your path, be they pirates, other traders, or police looking contraband.
