I intend to restart the servers tonight from midnight UTC (6 and a half hours time), to apply some Windows updates among other things. I don't expect the downtime to last more than a couple hours, and at any given time either the web or game server should be operating as normal.
Edit: Evidently, not all elements of this (some of the web server changes, entirely separate to the Windows updates that went on the game box earlier) went quite according to plan. Lessons have been learned, though I still think there's some failure on the host. We've ended up with a technically separate web server instance with our old IP and volumes attached, running a different bootscript.
