Discovery Gaming Community

Since I start playing game with steam I am a fan of the steam overlay. Sadly Freelancer Discovery is start by the launcher and steam does not understand that the game should that is started by the launcher should also get the overlay. I know it's not necessary but it very helpfull; especially when you need to check something on the navmap, wiki or so; so had anybody success with getting the steam overlay for Discovery Freelancer?

you could launcher Freelancer.exe directly without using the launcher I guess (make sure you specify the same command line arguments that the launcher does), but you won't get updates or be able to change accounts until you open DSLauncher
