Removal of FOW Consumption of our Core 5 PoB, Nichols Trade Center in Omega-49, next to Planet Gran Canaria

It saves two hours per month feeding the station with FOW.

Additional to this, we will do a Faction Perk Request to change the model of the station, turning this regular Core 5 PoB into a symbol of OSI's wealth and diplomatic skill, turning the station into a great trade haven orbiting Gran Canaria.
