Konbanwa.

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Hakodate Yoshino of the Ando Clan; Homura san requested me to get in touch with Naval Forces battlegroup stationed in Sigma-21 as soon as possible. She have witnessed the Rheinland agression. She have fought it. Thanks to the unfortunate accident, we have our Sister injured, and the blame for this goes to Rheinland as well.
But the most important matter is obvious - those dirty Federalists dare to raise their hands on our Home and it's prosperity.
This is not something we are going to tolerate.
Yet, it is obvious enough should we move our assets to Sigma-21 - we have no desire to be caught and torn apart by the crossfire, as such - we would like to request multiple conditions ensuring the safety of our operations withing the contested space:
  • Ando Clan vessels have their full right to assist Battle group Hyono in the Contested Space (Sigma-21) in the fights with the Rheinland agressors.
  • Under any conditions, no Ando asset is going to be engaged by Battle Group Hyono assets and vice versa, unless breaking the described conditions or in self-defence.
  • Ando Clan assets is only allowed to engage Rheinland Military assets, as well as any other targets marked by Battle Group Hyono as hostile, and is supposed to stay in specified reservation zone prior to any erupting combat situations.
  • Ando Clan may patrol and engage Rheinland Military assets within the Contested Space considering they will send a sufficient report of the encounter to the Battle Group Hyono High Command afterwards.
  • Upon the conclusion of the conflict, Ando Clan will leave the system unharmed, as well as being given an opportunity to set up a minor colony on Saigon in case of successful claim of the planet.
  • Ando will immediately withdraw all the assets from the Contested Space upon the conclusion of the conflict.

In this strange times we receive strange news, just recently we were defending our outpost with Rheinland Millitary from Blood Dragons and now Blood Dragons are asking us to assists against Rheinland forces.

Please be assured that your request was already forwarded to the Admiralty for the further consideration. For now, be assured that Rheinland Military vessels are our top priority and as long as your guns won't be turned against us we will pay a lot less attention to your ships in Sigma-21.

Kon'nichiwa, Heisuke-san. To this transmission i am attaching the list of the ships dispatched in order to backup the efforts of the Naval Forces in Sigma.

Very Heavy fighters wing:
  • A|-Yosai-1, Sabre.
  • A|-Yosai-2, Sabre.
  • A|-Yosai-3, Tachi.
  • A|-Yosai-4, Katana.
Heavy bombers wing:
  • A|-Mitsu-1, Waran.
  • A|-Mitsu-2, Waran.
In addition, the dispatched ships have been reinforced with our heaviest and most sophisticated asset, The Kirishima, that have already participated in combat with Rheinland oppressors prior to this transmission.
The Ando Initiative have now entered it's full force in Sigma-21 and will support Naval Forces in combat situations on a constant basis.
The assets will be withdrawn from the system when the conflict ends.

Today, at 17:43 SST, Hyono battlegroup were engaged in combat with Federalists forces on the high orbit of planet Saigon; the forces on both sides have assembled quickly and, by the moment of arrival of Initiative's asset that have accompanied Naval Forces battlegroup in combat - the fight have already started. With the exception of two Tokugawa-class battleships lost in the fight - it was a decisive victory, partially thanks to the cover of Matsuoka Kiyoshi.

Initiative units involved in combat:
  • A|-Mitsu-1, Waran, Heavy bomber.
Hostile assets destroyed:
  • RNC-AnzeigeRaus, Bismark-class battleship. [x]
