Ouroboros is looking for people from all walks of life to join our ranks. Unlike most Kusari-based factions, we welcome gaijin who are supportive of our causes or merely looking for a place to call home, with open arms.

Factional Registration Information

The Ouroboros Personnel Intake Office is currently OPEN.

Ouroboros, albeit open to foreigners, has stringent restrictions on who are permitted into our ranks - The following are preferred, but not required:

Favored applicants (Applicants likely to be approved - these are not requirements, but rather are recommendations to have for operating with Ouroboros. You may still be approved if you choose to join and not meet one or more of these conditions, unless stated otherwise.) must be any of the following:

Originating from a faction Allied, Friendly or cordial with Ouroboros
Originating from any House except Rheinland or Gallia.
A Defector from the Kusari State Police, Kusari Naval Forces, Golden Chrysanthemums, Blood Dragons or Hogosha. Note - At this time, foreign assets that cannot be properly maintained (//Powercore 75% or lower) are illadvised to be brought with you due to limited flexibiity in our Maintenance teams.
Have experience or an education in the Sciences, Military History/Military Sciences, Intelligence Gathering, Psychological Warfare and/or Espionage.
Not from the Kusari Kempeitai - Kempeitai Personnel are not welcomed nor desired due to risk of Espionage.
Not from the GRI, Gallic Royal Family or their associates - Exceptions can be made upon contact prior to recruitment.
Not from Order Overwatch - Overwatch personnel are not welcomed nor desired unless given prior exemption by HIGHCOM - Order Secondary Fleet (//Indie) defectors are exempt and welcomed after thorough examination and counter-intelligence procedures.

Applicants overall must meet the following prerequisites:

Be between the ages of 18 and 60.
Be in healthy condition, and be willing to submit to a Health and Psychiatric examination.
Be at least competent in space combat with snubcraft.
Have interest at least in the three major fronts of Ouroboros' Operations - Kusari, Gallia, or the Order/Omicrons, or have interest in filling a role that pertains to Logistics, Tactical operations or Intelligence Gathering.
