Full Version: Game crashes after editing systems in Freelancer Mod Studio

I'm having an issue where created fields, which have all the correct and proper values inserted, crashes single player discovery, without fail, every time.

The only thing I can do which doesn't crash the game is add/remove infocards and satellites/station components. Interacting with fields or NPC bases results in neither the field or NPC base loading properly and crashing the game. It's really annoying. I've tried CPing fields from other systems and giving them the correct names and values and that's had the same impact, so it's not that I'm just crap at designing fields.

Anybody more familiar with the program have any idea why this might be going on?
Difficult to say without seeing the code.

What's the best way to get that to you? I'm not a compsci student.
If you only edited the system file then the content of that are enough.

It's not the best tool in the world, but it can help a little bit.
Just use Librelancer. It comes with an inbuilt error checker, far better than all the others from what I've seen.
