If a player docks the POB and log off for (let's just say) 2 or more hours and in the meantime that POB gets destroyed, What will happened to that docked ship?
will player lose that docked Character?
or some thing else?

All players are held at a proxy base while they are docked on the PoB, if the base is destroyed, the player will simply spawn at the proxy base the next time the character is logged on.

(The ship will appear in space, normally center of the system, once the undock is performed.)

Just to add to this, you will find your Ship in the center of the System 100k down.
