What will it be used for?
My non-profit is doing a lot of video production and we need a better option for raw footage storage than dropbox or google drive or physically carrying around hard drives. All the cloud based services seem to cap upload and download speed making large files a real problem.
If you need something cheap Amazon S3 is an option..

what are the upload/download speed caps like?
Mega.nz is a solid bet. By default you can store up to 50gb for free, it has no download/upload speed caps, and the only real limit you'll run into is a transfer cap. You can easily use a number of programs or VPNs / chrome extensions like Hola to bypass this. Alternatively, give them 5 euros a month and you get 200gb storage and a transfer cap of 1TB.

Personally, I really like Mega.
Thanks for the responses.
