Im having a question as it keeps troubleing me. A family member of mine may be intererested into disco. The point is, how is it realised the best as we all know, bans for multiboxing will be applied when two sessions are run with 1 IP.

Yes but re-engage will also be punished. And i intend to fight alongside my brother that's why im asking
How will it be re-engaging if you both engage at same time and fight at same time? I don't think anyone's able to pvp on multiple PCs at once, hence the rule implies that its not a violation.
