Want to know " If a player has Repair Ship with Zoner ID, can he participate in PVP Group Fight just to repair his employer ships" and that Employer is not Zoner?
Example:
Repair ship having Zoner ID is Repairing Bretonian Ships during A PVP Group fight Between Bretonian Forces and Galic Navy

No. Zoners can't be hired like freelancers and need to maintain neutrality except when there's a fight going on with a faction which the Zoners are at war with. If you were a freelancer, you could be hired on the spot for that.

Read your ID lines. If it says you can be hired, you can repair an employer. Freelancer, bounty hunter and a few other IDs have that line, Zoner ID doesn't.
