I was thinking about Thrusters lately, seeing how basically all thrusters give the same thrust.

I wondered why there have not been any thrusters which give more Speed, but at a much higher drain rate?

Like, wouldn't it be amazing in PvP to have a short burst of Speed to dodge SNACs or even mines, if done properly?
Is there a reason this has not been done, or was it simply low-priority?

Just curious at this Point.

Thruster speed has far too great of an impact on balance. Even very small differences would completely break balance within a class since it allows gaining/losing distance in situations you shouldn't be able to.
