Frankly, the one-week cooldown for /renameme is near-pointless.
We've already a few ways to circumvent the cooldown (of which I ever-so-won't detail here, nor in any form of media from yours-truly), but the fact remains that 'tis more of an inconvenience than a benefit, especially for those people who'd like to roleplay their ships as new versions for various reasons, including every time it gets destroyed. (ex: GOAT.Nobleman.Leon becomes GOAT.Nobleman.Leon.2).
Though I do see the point as to why it might exist, which is to leave as much paper-trail for admin-investigations to follow. But as I pointed out, savvy trollsindividuals would know how to get around this system, so ultimately the one-week system mostly harms the average player than it does benefit them.
Therefore, I've placed a poll for thee dearies to ponder upon.
ADDENDUM: it just dawned on yours-truly that the /renameme command makes bounty-hunting a tricky business, so if 'tis possible, I'd add in the following choices:
#5: Adjust, one week cooldown (to use again) > one week until name change is implemented (seven server restarts)
#6: Adjust, one week cooldown (to use again) > one week until name change is implemented (seven server restarts) AND make it quite credit-expensive

Just to point out, I fixed the problem I was having with the bounty plugin. So in terms of that, bounty posts auto update themselves when someone renames themselves; rending that a nonissue.
