Due to several internal struggles and things I don't want to name, the 5th is hereby disbanded. I thought long enough about this and the only one I would trust to be a good leader said he doesn't want. The disbandment makes me sad but I finally saw, that there is no way to rescue the faction so I will let it sleep forever. Thank you to the community and everyone who helped me to try my best as a leader but I failed. I'm sorry that Disco loses another official faction.
I wish that all the 5th Threads get locked to prevent salt and drama. This includes this thread as well. If someone wants to comment this, you have my discord or just ping me on the Disco Discord.
We will give you a few days grace, before acting on this, to see if you change your mind.
I don't have anything against the 5th, but frankly, I don't mind when dysfunctional factions disband. It gives the space and the incentive for new, young, energetic and active ones, to spring up. Liberty really needs one now.
If I'm honest... just end it and let it rest. It's just trying to keep a dead body from decaying. I'm sorry...
As the Faction Leader, you have the ultimate say of whether the Faction is disbanded or not.
As the Admins have said, before, we do not involve ourselves in internal Faction problems.
So, if you have decided, to disband, and it is your Final decision, post below saying so and I will make it so.
The few days grace I was willing to give you, was a chance for everyone to calm down, think about it, and maybe come to a compromise.
Once the GO has been given, then there is no going back.
So, please make sure that this is what you want.

After talks with several people who opened my eyes. (Thanks Wasser <3) The disbandment is prevented. Restructuring of the Fleet in progress. I might act too fast because of an emotional breakdown. Sorry guys.
