After spending a lot of time trying out a new route from Omicron Delta to New York, and taking a lot of damage from radiation, i finally arrived at Newark Station. As i tried to dock, i got a new message saying it was taking longer than expected. I pressed ESC to cancel and was kicked from the server, only to relog and find i was all the way back in Freeport-11!

How do i submit a ticket to get my ship put back in Newark Station? My IGN is "Turtle" and I'm currently docked at Freeport-11.

Sadly, admins do not intervene unless you have lost a piece of equipment that cannot be bought in-game. These things happen from time to time and some progress tends to be lost but there's not much to do besides travelling to it again.
