Did you just do a fresh reinstall? Was their a patch shortly before the launch? Have you not logged in a longer time? If yes, how long? Also, your FPS is over 155.
Fresh install done. Before that a new update was made which led to this so I reinstalled. There was a patch after I reinstalled. Last time I logged in was I don't know when. My FPS does not go over 160 which makes no difference do anyone trying to kill me when needed.
What's the resolution of the game? (See it in the Launcher, if you activated "Desktop resolution", what's the desktop resolution?)
