I have received this message from someone asking if I've been hacked and then the console message saying "You haven't been hacked. Check the forums for sanction thread." just wondering are we to do anything about this or no worries for me.

It appears that the person, involved, had his named changed, due it being ooRP.
The answer in White, was the Admin who dealt with it, informing everyone that there wasn't a problem.
So, you are safe.
