I am not sure I understand how to show the image in your siganture. I have a place to host it.. and I thought I had the code to show it:

[ IMG]http://www.URL.com/IMAGE.jpg[/IMG]

am I missing anything? All it says is "user posted image" instead of my picture....
Try doing what I did, I uploaded my signature image as my "Profile" picture here on the forums, then stuck the link to it in my signature. Guarantees my signature will be here when the forums are up, if the forums are done, well.. So is my pic but then it doesn't matter :D

Now as for the code, make sure you are using the images actually URL, not www.url.com
is this the exact link? check it... a single letter might be the problem, otherwise you're doing it right

it goes to an error saying that the link doesn't exist
I checked your link and the file.

Seems the file that it loaded there is 0KB large. So no image :)

Either re-upload it or find a different host (make sure you get the Url right. Remember, caps matter in URL)
They do?
Jup.

http://home.wanadoo.nl/katja.korthoff/menko.gif will get you the picture

where

http://home.wanadoo.nl/katja.korthoff/Menko.GIF will not.

Please note: That image is my property.
You can use photobucket (www.photobucket.com)

After uploading your signature, it shows you the adress.
Choose the first one (CTRL-C), go to this forum, click the IMG-button and
paste (CTRL-V) it into the the little window, that opens after clicking.

It should work then, as long, as it's not a dynamic adress. (like Xfire-stats)
