Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: We were looking to relocate Scrap Palace to Manchester. In consideration of the current needs, it was decided to re-purpose and rename Scrap Palace to Chicago and move it to Alberta. As Scrap Palace is currently in credit with all taxes it seemed a logical decision to action it.

Deep Space Engineers;

Request denied. Reasons are numerous. First of all you have failed us to request permission about moving and renaming your modular station. Secondly, you have failed to provide specific reason of placing it right outside the Supergate, thus impeding any fleet movements that might happen. Thirdly, you have made claims that we are ignoring, not receiving or otherwise unbelievable excuses why it was impossible for you to make the request.

Since Scrap Palace was moved and you were leasing space from Liberty, we will be removing this lease from our approved list of modular bases and the payment is non-refundable.

Due to your inconsiderate and ignorant actions, Liberty Government will be updating the laws and include Cold Lake Nebula as restricted zone. Another law change will be requirement to provide approval to build modular station within 5k of established stations from their official representative(s) if such exist.

Finally, you are given 7 days to decide on new location that would comply with current and future laws and make new appropriate request using provided template.

After which if approved, you will be given 21 days to relocate your station.

Failure to comply with this will result in devastating legal repercussions for your corporation.

This decision is final and cannot be appealed.

I would like to point out the Chicago IS Scrap Palace and it is a simple name change. As =DSE- is well and truly in credit on Scrap Palace, it would be a reasonable expectation that the fees paid in good faith well in advance would be credited forthwith.

Let us be also very clear. SUBSTANTIAL correspondence on a number of issues have been addressed to Libertonian Government officials and have not even been acknowledged, let alone actioned. The bureaucracy that comes with Government should not be an impediment to any Liberty Corporation who is both ambitious and loyal to Liberty. Communication has been poor, and historically so.

I accept the law changes, and will act accordingly, but I will challenge the integrity of the illicit profiteering by bureaucrats making a buck because they are the law makers.

Yours

Steve Veltman

Deep Space Engineers;

We would like to point out that you are leasing space from Liberty. If you moved the station, it is no longer in the same leased space, more so when you moved without legal allowance. We can arrange a different scenario and keep the lease payment legit while issuing you appropriate monetary fine for breaking laws. However we hoped this would be self-explanatory. Loyal corporations usually adhere to laws. We expect your to do the same. If you wish to point out where we failed to acknowledge substantial correspondence to us, go ahead.
