I am contacting you for i am in need of the service of brilliant minds such as yours.
I go by Lokria, de facto figurehead for all those resisting the take over of Gran Canaria by the Blind Queen.
I intend to make a statement to show we have not just rolled over and gone.
With that in mind i have a plan to make such a statement but it is one that cannot be achieved without your assistance.
Im not entirely sure of your stance with Bretonia so id like to know if i can call upon your help before i divulge exactly what it is i wish to ask of you.

Rude but not unexpected.
The Idea is to Sabotage one of the Deuterium manufacturing plants on Gran Canaria, even a monkey can work out that half the reason they invaded the planet was for its Rich reserves of the stuff. Now we don't wish to damage the plant itself, for it is still a vital part of Canaria's infrastructure and will need to be intact for if and when we regain control.
Instead i want to shut it down and make it inoperable, this would require crippling the control centre, which is why i need your help. its safe to say that the systems used are heavily protected with fail safes firewalls and who knows what else. What is needed is something that not only can get in and shut down these systems but something that can keep it shut down for an extended amount of time. It would also need to be something that can plug in and go, so to speak.
I cannot think of anyone else who could potentially make such a thing and i hope it is within your abilities.

This was not the answer i was expecting.
But i will say this, i wont have this accusation said about the Omicron Supply Industries.
They are Traders, and Damn good ones, using our ways of Neutrality to their advantage the same way you use your Technological Prowess that gave birth to your name sake. So OSI makes alot of Credits? why shouldn't they? The Galaxy, whether we like it or not, goes round because of them.

You are obviously woefully misinformed about OSI, if it wasn't for their investment into Gran Canaria, its growth would of been far slower then it was. It was OSI resources that built Las Palmas into a Fully fledged City and Starport, giving thousands upon thousands of people homes and job opportunities. Its Nichols Trade Centre that Brought trade from all over Sirius to Gran Canaria, giving rise to more investment into the planet.

During the numerous times Freeport 11 needed repair OSI whales ferried supplies to the stricken Freeport.
During the Exodus of those fleeing Gran Canaria people were cramming themselves into cargo pods of Trade ships, OSI commissioned Passenger Liners specifically to carry these Migrants in comfort and safety. And i can tell you 100% it wasn't for some idea they can take advantage and make a profit.
If it wasn't for OSI's steadfast neutral stance the ties they have made wouldn't exist and they to would of ended up being pirated and blockaded in the Omegas and those Migrants wouldn't of made the trip as safely or as quickly as they did.

OSI Security pilots, flying nothing but Fighters and a singular gunboat faced off against the Orbital Bombardments that were brought to the planet, these were nothing but Escort pilots with no military training or equipment.
The CEO of OSI was at the Summit between the Zoners and the Bretonians, and was drowned out by the squawking of everyone else wishing to represent their interests.
OSI like many others of Gran Canaria and our people at large have chosen to remain Neutral, and they are Free to make such a decision

I and the resistance have no interest in being apart of whatever Grudge it is you have with the Omicron Supply Industries. In fact i ask that you perhaps re-evaluate your stance with them and consider getting your facts correct before you start asking other Zoner's to commission terror attacks upon their Brethren.
We are united and ready to face the Bretonians, we have already begun, without taking down OSI.

If you wish to support us as you have said you already do and are willing to do, then help me strike at Bretonia and Reconcile yourselves with OSI. If you cannot then ill have to seek aid elsewhere.

I will use my Influence to ensure the rest of the Zoner Community is aware of your threats to our Brethren and let them decide as to whether or not their relations with you remain Friendly.
