I suggest replacing it with this, and praying that the great and almighty Hackers have been on their toes.

Hmm, there is one problem with the Mactan Network techchart:
There are only offical factions.
And a Techchart for all other ID's would be helpfull.

How, for example, should an AI find the possible ships?
Or a Freelancer?
