So, it happened a long time ago. The nomads killed the necessary number of opponents, somehow brought things to the event base and, here, it, a ready-made jump hole from Yota to Drake (and back)! BUT. It can be used * drum roll * ... By not all nomads? What? Why indie / trial nomad can't use this hole ?! I still understand why people cannot (Nomads are an older race, they will crush you during the transition, etc.), but ordinary nomads? Why?
Because they don't have ZoI there.

Drake is a Tau (Tau-117) albeit renamed.
I suppose there's no reason to not let trials use it however.
It was made by Aoi for the purpose that Drake and it's former system in the Omegas exists for in the first place. It was decided to open it up to official nomads as well. But yes. Nomad ID doesn't have ZoI there nor has reason to go to that system.
On a personal note, the trial nomad ID is an outdated thing and most likely should have been removed already.

Well, one of the best IDs is trial ID. You can fly as a nomad everywhere and don't have this foolish ZoI
The Nomad ID got no ZoI in Drake, so it is not even allowed to be there. You know what an ID violation means. So the Simple use of that hole for the normal ID is a bad idea by itself.
The Trial ID. Well many people have split opinions on it, my personal one is that u sacrifice alot to gain the Sirius ZoI(like not beeing able to start a fight on ur own). The sole purpose of that ID is to be able to learn the nomads RP, without beeing rooted to the nomicrons.
