Go Aisatsu, Grachov,

I am the pilot of the ship with the callsign, 'Kirisame', and the matriarch of the Gen'an Chrysanthemum faction. I decided to message you after our talk encountered one unfortunate interruption after the other. I believe we have things to discuss outside of prying eyes.

So... Lets talk.

Good evening miss Kirisame

And indeed, we do. Presence of miss Aimi was quite inconvinient for that matter, you have to forget me for that. But I have to do my job carefuly to not spurge an another diplomatic conflict, I hope you understand.

The reason I've arrived to Tottori was you. Nothing personal, naturaly. But the rumours have reached out to us about a new rising Chrysanthemum organisation. Mysteries are not something we approve.

Your sister didn't give you much chances to express yourself on the meeting, so I assume you have something to share. Likewise, if you want to know something about the Expeditionary Corps, I will tell.

Indeed, That is us.

I am suprised you heard about us outside of Kusari so soon. But then again, the Volvograd Industries ship might have informed you. I was there personally, when I was notified they are working with the Blood Dragons.

But yes, the rumors of our existence are true. They call me the Matriarch and I am the general of our military. The Gen'an cell is dedicated to realising the ideals envisioned by Yuyu Matsuda. And if we have to shed blood to do it, so be it.
We can wait forever for things to change, but it will not. Kusari is a society of puppets. They are controlled by strings that most of them don't even notice. We can cut those strings one by one, freeing some of the people, but what good would that do? For victory, we will need to destroy the puppetmasters.

Tell me about the Expeditionary Corps. Besides our brief encounter, we have no records of you.

It would be my pleasure.

Sirius Coalition Expeditionary Corps is a multi-cell entity. That being said, it consists of multiple cells, each of them having their own purpose and administration. Some specialise on science, the others - field ops, the third - where I work - diplomacy. However, we all work for one goal only - technological advance of the Coalition and it's ideas, both on the inside and on the outside.

And this is why I approached you. Not every men in our organization keep to the simple word of "respect" as your colleague does. It would require something more formal to guarantee a neutrality between us.

Oh, and on the note on Kusari society. Whilist as a diplomat I disapprove your bloody methods, I cannot judge them. But personally, I completely agree with your statement on the situation about Kusari in general. Even if your plans are matriarchistic. Remember, we have a non-agression with Bretonia. A decrepit one, that is.

Yes, the pact you proposed,

It seems the terms so far provided look fragile. You mentioned earlier that you have certain wild cards flying around that might not stick to it. You said those elements would 'be forced to obey it'.
I do not think they would survive if they started messing around in my territory. If they attack my ships I will not let them leave Kusari alive. I do not care if they dislike our dealings with Outcasts. If there are hostilities, I will not await your sentencing.

Secondly. The terms so far only benefit the coalition. Being able to move within Kusari is nice and all, but that does not give us any advantages. It merely takes potential business away from us. Volvograd Ordinances was mentioned by Aimi, but this seems like a bargain to you. We have a lively weapons trade of our own. So basicly right now it seems like inviting a competitor over into our domain.

Third. You all seem very nice people, but as you said, you are diplomats.
Politicians are the people we seek to destroy here in Kusari. We know that behind every smile is a whole backstory of hidden agendas. What are your true motivations, I wonder.

Now, lets not act like I am here to give away things for free.
