4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
This request will allow the ship to function in-game as intended, and serves as the foundation for future evolution of the vessel as the project develops.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
Short-term: Re-establishing the integrity of the Covenant's first fleet. Replacing the asset that was given in trade.
Long-term: The vessel is intended to be a canvas, so to speak. It's involved, will be involved and might be involved in many upcoming projects, developments and other miscellaneous scenarios that could happen.
More concrete: Surpassing the vessel's current specifications, modifying it to operate at peak efficiency, and converting it to Auxesia's standards.

The first link is to a developing story being written by various members in the faction, who have taken an active interest with their characters in the new asset. The first three parts follow some early discussions surrounding other projects, but lead into the state of the vessel, work being done on the various internal systems during an active-system analysis and other stories that could flow in and out of the vessel that may involve its commanding officer.
The second link details the vague communication between the Hellfire Legion's newest Lord Commander and Keeper Leviathan. A meeting had been organized in Vespucci where the details of the exchange were discussed, with the offering (The Osiris) being brought for examination. Following the meeting, work went underway to see both vessels made ready for the exchange. The weapons systems were stripped from the Osiris, where the Achlys lost its Spyglass array. It's operating with basic sensory equipment.
