Goliath has been sanctioned owing to a report posted on 26th feb 09 for:
Consequences: fined all credits
Notes: Docking on a base allied to people who have told you not to dock. You were carrying contraband, the RM told you not to dock, and you docked anyway... This is out of roleplay.
