G'day fellas, I need a serious help with the BB code in this forum, I want to make a BB code when I do a recruitment application or just an RP in the forum so please help me will be lovely!

Well, BBCode or MyCode is all between square brackets [ ]. The formatting box in the text editor has a bunch of buttons at the top that contain all the basics of what you need to build your message. A lot of recruitment threads will have templates with BBCode in them that you're just meant to fill in anyway, and deviation from that would just be distracting.
You can draw inspiration from other players of a certain affiliation, or if you're in a faction you might just be given a template to use. As an independent, you have to find and refine your own style. The text editor has nearly everything you need. Beyond that, it's just about design.
I would recommend picking a font, a colour palette, and varying the weight of text to achieve what you want, as well as non-BBCode things like capitalisation. Examples provided:
