Recent vote has passed within Liberty Government to hold your organisations accountable for failure to update your docking protocols against individuals who have fled from justice and docked or moored with your stations. Due to constant reports of various criminal elements using your stations as safe haven while escaping diligent agents and officers we will no longer be tolerating your inaction against such individuals. If official representatives of Liberty Forces provides sufficient evidence of criminals fleeing and docking with your stations, you will be given 21 days to provide proof of blacklisting such elements from your stations. Failure to do so will result in legal repercussions against your organisations.

In accordance with Junker Laws section 1A) :

Quote:1A) Pilots and Captains are forbidden from using Junker bases as a means of escaping conflicts when approached by a hostile party (that is hostile to the captain or pilot in question (Xenos, Hogosha and alien/otherworldly forces are excluded and pilots and captains may dock if under fire from them)). That means you are not allowed to loiter within the 10k No Fire Zone if hostile entities are present. That also means you are not allowed to dock on a Junker base if a hostile entity is present - especially if you are being shot at by said hostile entity. If approached by a hostile entity, you must take your conflict out of the 10k NFZ as soon as possible. We don't want any conflict on our base or around it. Your problem is your problem, not ours.

As you not only were caught attempting to dock on our station but also by hostile parties who were pursuing you, your fine is 20,000,000 credits. If these fines are not paid within 1 weeks time, you may find yourselves being less then welcome on Junker bases.
