In accordance with the Battlegroup Auxesia - Republic of Liberty Ceasefire of 823 AS, the two-way diplomatic channel between the Republic of Liberty, her law enforcement officials, and the Inner Phalanx of the Covenant of Auxesia is hereby re-established. All diplomatic missives and concerns, requests for entry into Liberty space, reports of hostile activity, and other communications meant for the House at-large or the Covenant should be directed to this channel.

To the esteemed Secretary Worthington,

I hope you're having a pleasant day, sir. Recently, it's come to the attention of Auxesia that certain elements of the known terrorist organization, the Alster Union, are attempting to repair extensive damage committed on their base by a group of freelancers known as Red Squad. It is highly likely they will be carrying certain commodities through Liberty from Coronado to initiate repairs. I don't think we need to go into how despicable these bandits are. They've been making aggressive moves as of late and allowing them breathing room to recuperate would be most unwise for all peace-loving peoples of Central Sirius.

I respectfully petition the Liberty government to allow Auxesia military assets, specifically snubcraft and gunboats (if permissible), to transit through Liberty to Bering for the purpose and duration of peacekeeping operations. Additionally, should the Liberty government wish to involve themselves, confiscating any units of "Refurbished Electronics" from traders and smugglers would be most advantageous.

This is Senior Agent 'Veritas', senior agent-in-command of the LSF's Department of Internal Affairs, and field officer commanding for all operations in the eastern sector, Bering included. In the interests of cooperation, I will inform you of the very obvious - LSF is and has been conducting operations against the Alster Union and the former Navy battlegroup Harmony for some time now. As we would prefer to use as little force as possible in accomplishing this, I see no particular reason why this cannot be a test of the trust that Liberty has bestowed upon you.

For an indefinite period to be cancelled by myself or any other senior ranking member of the Primary Fleets, the Covenant of Auxesia is hereby permitted transit access only to the systems of California, New York, Colorado, and Texas, with vessels of gunboat-class or lower size. You are permitted only to travel upon those trade lanes necessary to reach your destination of Bering or Hudson from California or Colorado, or return to your headquarter stations in the Cortez/Magellan or Kepler/Galileo direction. Vessels found to be above-size, loitering, or traveling outside necessary corridors for transit will be considered foreign military vessels disobeying orders from Liberty officials and dealt with as such.

In addition, I will mention that the system of Bering has been under embargo by the Republic of Liberty for some time now. Any non-passenger cargo bound for that system is deemed unlawful smuggling, and if such trade will indeed be taking place, I am sure our officers will be dutifully curtailing it. I will leave cooperation in the field with those agents to their discretion.

I trust that answers your request, and I hope you prove yourselves worthy of Liberty's trust, Curator, for your Covenant's sake.

With the drawdown of operations in Bering for the present moment and the noted withdrawal of a majority of your forces, I am rescinding your transit access to the Republic as per the terms of the Republic-Covenant ceasefire. Vessels yet to return from the Bering AO may be escorted through by a member of the Primary Fleets, and permission to relocate forces for other operations may be requested as-per normal through this channel.

Additionally, any reports you might have against movements, operations, or tactical considerations gleaned from the enemies of the Republic would be most appreciated, and go a long way toward proving the actions behind your words, Curator. We'll be watching.

You have my personal appreciation for the trust you put in us, Veritas.

Now, despite the success of the operation, there are some concerns that appeared throughout the sortie.

Our first and more pressing concern is the probable infiltration within the Unioner cell. A vessel known as the CV-Selket has been identified openly flying alongside the Unioners, assisting them in combat and retreated back to their hideout. What is so special about this Core-turned-Order Bullhead, previously known as the Core|WV-Olympius in the primary Core fleet before defecting to the Order Overwatch, is that it was the vessel of an individual named Rosalina Romanov, a Core personnel that became infested and assisted infested individual 'Milly Stone' of the Division Nine cell, with the murder of Admiral Jack O'Neil, while also intruding and kidnapping the Liberty Navy Admiral Hunter from the Alaska system to the Tau-117 system, otherwise known as Drake. Although the vessel is now operated by ex-Order Overwatch personnel James Riley, we have evidence of Romanov lingering near Unioner space and participating in deathmatches in Puerto Rico, she may be using Riley as a cover for the Selket - as her position was compromised.

Our other concern is the speculated connection of the Rheinland Military and the Unioners holding some truth to it, we have seen the Rheinland Military scouting the Bering system - observing the Unioner conflict - even coming over to investigate why our "vessels intruded their system", as well as idly observing on the Rheinland border during the Hudson incident. If you are not aware of the initial claims from the Unioners regarding their potential links, here is the data.

I have also included the names of those who have supported the Unioner cause during this operation, should you be interested in investigating their links. I apologise that we cannot bring any more assistance to this front as we must return back to Inverness due to other pressing matters. Although the Unioners, and most likely their Gaian allies in the area, will intend to strike back at us as noted in their cheery celebrative comms (?).

Should we notice their assets being relocated from Pacifica into the Independent Worlds, we will inform you of their opening, and perhaps we may be able to assist. We'll see.

That is certainly quite the cache of information. We had already interacted with this "Order" vessel Selket, having routed it from the New York system as it violated New York airspace and then plead for safe passage in a fully-armed warship. Additionally Agent Kidman has backed up your evidence of the vessel's engagement alongside the Unioners, further cementing the case that the vessel is certainly operating against the interests of Liberty, and its errant actions in New York alongside what evidence you've given here of Romanov's involvement might well lead us to conclude that the vessel and its command are compromised. Whatever the case, they are a threat to Liberty and I will see to it that they are removed with expediency.

Your data in re the Unioners' supporters, including the accusations against the Military, are similarly noted and appreciated. We will look into each of these individuals and pursue prosecution where necessary, for those that are of course not already outlawed in Liberty. Corroborating evidence on those non-criminal elements would be of great assistance in that regard.

Task Force SENTINEL and the Lehigh in particular will continue to keep a close eye on the movements of Harmony and the Alster Union, and for your trouble, we will see that any moves toward Inverness are given sufficient warning. Further direct action against the Alster Union is being re-considered as we evaluate tactical options.

For now, I will state on behalf of the LSF that we appreciate your Covenant's new-found stance toward the Republic. I sincerely hope it stays that way.
