So, this is my first time encountering this bug. I was trying to go to Iskra Depot, a POB in Omega-2, that I've already previously docked on. As a matter of fact, it was the last base I'd docked on on that character. When I logged in, instead of being on the base, I was 100k above the plane. When I flew back to the exact location of the base, nothing was showing up on scanners, and there was no base visible. I had someone else come to the system, and fly to the base. They could see a base, and I saw absolutely nothing, in the same spot. When I switched characters, and then came back, the base was there again.

Yeah that happens, the POB plugin is held together with spit, duct tape, and hacking the mission system into generating solars.

It works about 99% of the time. 1% of the time it forgets about someone and their client don't get the "hey there's a POB here" message.

Without some reproduction steps there's very little anyone can do.
It might be a router along the way dropping the packet used to spawn the base.
