Just a thought: Leave the more populated side at 2m or 2.5m. Use the kill bonus as an underpop mechanism. Though, something like this really works better if it can be adjusted on-the-fly.
Exactly what I was thinking. Incentivizes logging for the other side to farm that sweet nougaty cash inflow.
It can be changed for both separately. It can be changed on the fly.

There is nothing stopping any of the mentioned IDs from from turning up, you just won't get money. You shouldn't need credits as an incentive to take part in the fun in the first place.
There is also the added bonus that if you kill everyone on one of those IDs you get to read everyone whining about how you're ruining the event.

I confirm from the BAF side. Whenever I kill a GRN or a GRI ship using a BAF| ID-ed ship, I don't get a bonus. Seems it's limited to the official ID, as you got a bonus for killing a BRF, who are indies, but not for a BAF|.
I'll be enabling respawns on this again between 18:00 to 21:00 today, including the event. During the respawn phase the following rules apply:
- Allies dock at the Alma only, GRN at the Betheny only
- Fight takes place on the non POB side of the star
- No base camping, both sides must be given a chance to gather and organize
