You are the only player on this server accessing that account, no other IP address connected with it.

Had a quick look at the account. I'm 90% sure that the "funny" character is an artifact of the rename system. 1-2% of renames go wrong for an unknown reason (i.e. bug) and I think this is what happened in this case - I noticed that you renamed some of the characters recently - so this is a possibility.
The probability of two people randomly getting the same account ID is vanishingly small and so I doubt this is what happened.
2 days ago there were only 3 characters in that account.
[MTC]Maconia-1 (which I have not renamed it in a while)
[BH]-Sagittarii (I renamed it a month ago or something like that)
Zhetarul (Not renamed in a long time)
when I logged in yesterday I found this new character "Cobresama", and I got very surprised for that.
So, I made the fifth character named //check.the.forum so if my partner there has seen it, he would come here and check.
But, if I'm the only one accesing that account... well, good.
