Hello, Liberty Navy's First Fleet!
This is cpt. Mr.trakais John. Im a freelancer, who owns that shop base near manhattan.
I applied recently for another base construction permission from Liberty Government.
Im asking- if its possible get your permission to build base 3k from Norfolk shipyard-Fort Bush tradeline & 2k from norfolk Shipyard. Visual example.
Its intended, that base will hawe Liberty Police, INC IFF and will not make any threat to LN or 5th fleet or police..
