Respectful greetings. My name is David Sanders, CEO of the PanGalactic Travel Company, an affiliate of Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines.
As you are no doubt aware by now, the Liberty government has declared war on Rheinland. However, Orbital Spa and Cruise Lines has holdings in Rheinland, in particular Planet Baden-Baden, in the Stuttgart system. Therefore, the PanGalactic Travel Company requests permission to continue carrying Passengers, Tourists and VIPs in and out of Rheinland space.
Naturally, we would not move any passengers between Liberty and Rheinland, instead taking passengers between Rheinland and Bretonia, and Rheinland and Kusari. In addition, if requested, we will only move passengers to planet Baden-Baden, an Orbital Spa and Cruise facility.
We will leave Rheinland at any time if requested by Police and/or Military vessels, submit to any and all cargo scans, and not ever fire on any lawful vessels within Rheinland space.
If you agree to grant us permission to continue transporting passengers, tourists and VIPs to and from Rheinland, we humbly thank you. If not, we will respect your wishes and stay within Liberty, Bretonia and Kusari.
We thank you for your consideration and hope to continue diplomatic relations with the Rheinland government.
