Articles of Succession
382 A.S.

The following bill proposed by Alvar Leopoli, representing the dons, families, commanders and other organized leaders of the State of Malta, shall conform to the following ratified documentation of the Maltese. This document, to be deemed the Articles of Directed Succession, shall outline within it the case of which any prospecting leadership of the Maltese shall follow should the current administration collapse.




The contents of this document shall inscribe within it these three articles, which all who conform to the Maltese name shall follow.


Article the First
The Declaration of Passing

The passing of the prior administration, whether it be by choice or force, must be declared via the utilization of a document or vocal word of mouth within the presence of an assembly the passing of the prior administration. This declaration may be made by any individual insofar as the failure, collapse, or otherwise discontinument of the prior administration is present and can be accounted for. Any declaration of the failure, collapse, or otherwise discontinument of the prior administration without evidence to their fall shall not be recognized.



Article the Second
The Declaration of Intent

The declaration of a new administration, regardless of the principles, foundation, and leader so long as they are of Maltese descendancy, shall be recognized by any group or individual who declares said new administration via a public medium or a vocal word of mouth at the foot of Palacio de Cibeles on Planet Malta. Said administration may only be declared once, and all future declarations of intent must ensure that the first of these three Articles of Succession is completed prior to the declaration of a new Maltese administration. Any declaration made by any individual after the declaration of a new administrative body, yet prior to the current administration's fall, shall not be recognized.



Article the Third
The Foundation of the New Administration

The foundation of any new Maltese administration, regardless of principles, foundation, and leader so long as they are of Maltese descendancy, shall require the printing, copy, and submission of the legislative document by which they shall derive power. Whether it be a constitution, a separate bill, a small stack of paper, or a stone carving, the document shall be submitted to the Maltese people, and with affirmation of the document the new administration shall rise to power and be declared fully a new Maltese administration. Leaders, commanders, and the citizenry of the Maltese people shall swear their allegiance to the new administration, as it has been laid down in the Maltese Naval charter.
