Whenever I try to make a new character on the server, i receive the message "character name already in use."
Everything is default except graphics.
Anyone else getting this problem?
Perhaps the name is taken..
Try renaming yourself to something noone will use, like 1234567 or something like that. If it still doesn't work, then you got a problem.
I've tried many, both odd and irregular combinations, but the error remains.
I just tried creating a char, worked like a charm.
You did de-activate 4.84 in FLMM before activating .85 aye?

I have flown around with my existing chars, that worked fine (except some DCs.)
Well, only thing I can think of then is a clean reinstall, sorry.
The other thing i can suggest is talk to a admin to see if there is a problem with your account/s

Do that anyway.
The problem will be with non-default MP starting location and maybe other MP settings. Re-activating mod should help, be sure to have Pennsylvania as starting location.
