After4.85beta start i loged on with my trader. I had Ind. Trader ID on which i cant using ships with more cargo than 3800. Do i need different Trader ID or different ID itself?

yes, you will need a new ID for one of those shiney new transport ships
Basically you will probably have to sign up with a company like Kishiro, Universal, Bowex, etc. Who as far as I know, have no real restrictions on cargo bay size
That was set up to encourage more RP and fewer no-tag adv trains
