The following restarts have been altered:

Hellfire Legion restart renamed from LiHellfire to LiLegion
Rheinland Military restart relocated from Sigma-21 to New Berlin

The following changes have been made to jump drives. This is a trial and may be reverted, made permanent, or otherwise altered based on gathered data:

Jump Drive Mk IV can now be used on Battlecruiser class ships.

This is a serverside change, meaning the power required to use the drive has changed. No buff has been applied to battlecruisers.
