Crayterian Articles of Colonisation - Crayter Είδη αποικισμού


We, the Citizens of Crayter, have declared that in interest for a united and secure environment for our future generations, will create the Colonial Republic of Crayter, a democratic state with a militarist-socialist tendency.

We reaffirm that the general Human Rights will be upheld* within the Republic at any given time and these rights shall be equal to all the Citizens and Residents of the Republic, not taking into consideration their ethnic group or their social status. Everyone is equal and must be treated fairly and to establish conditions under which justice and mutual respect for the obligations from treaties and other sources of interplanetary diplomacy and law can be maintained, to promote social progress and a better standard of life, along with larger freedoms.

To achieve this ends, the Colonial Republic of Crayter shall be ruled by a President, democratically elected every 6 years, a Quorum of Ministers, which will act as the council and advisory bureau for the president and each one of the representatives in the Quorum will also be responsible for a Ministry and the Armed Forces of Crayter (Fleet, Ground Forces with all their branches, Police and Crayter Intelligence Service).

The Republic shall promote an environment of benevolent tolerance and peaceful living with any entity which is not showing any hostility towards the Republic population, interests and goods.

The Republic shall use the Military Forces to certain levels of restraint against any enemies, internals or externals, with the purpose to protect the Republic as a whole from any malevolent entities who wishes to destroy the Nation and the Peace.

The Republic shall promote economic and social advancement to all Citizens and Residents alike and will do so regardless of their former background.

The Colonial Republic of Crayter is formed of the Planet Yuma, Planet Borneo and half of Planet Pecos, Sabah Shipyard, Minato Harbour, Sulawesi Citadel, Barra Anchorage and the Orbital stations of Melbourne, Borneo Orbital, Sabah Research Station. Drydock 1 of Singapore Shipyard is considered also part of the Colonial Republic of Crayter.

At the moment the Colonial Republic of Crayter is also having the Planet Harris under it’s jurisdiction at this moment.

The Colonial Republic of Crayter is considering its space Tau 44 in its entirety. Also, it claims 15 clicks around any Colonial Republic of Crayter Station or Planet, in adjacent space as described on Map Annex 2.




Chapter One - Κεφάλαιο ένα
Purposes and Principles - Σκοποί και Αρχές


Article 1 – Άρθρο 1


To maintain peace and security within the Colonies of Crayter and Zone of Influence, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention of threats to the peace, the suppression of acts of aggression, and to bring about by peaceful means the security and stability within the aforementioned area, and employing the principles of justice and law,
To develop friendly relations among planets based on respect for the principles of equal rights and self-determination of humans, and to other appropriate measures to strengthen peace
To achieve inter-colonial cooperation in solving problems of economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian character; in promoting and encouraging respect for intelligent life-form rights; and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to culture, sex, life-form, or religious belief; to be the reconciliation centre between any dispute.



Article 2 – Άρθρο 2


a) The Colonial Entities which forms the Colonial Republic of Crayter, in pursue of the stated principles, shall act in accordance with Article 1.
b) The Colonial Republic of Crayter is based on equality of all its members. In order to ensure the equal rights and the benefits which will be created by the Nation as a whole, must fulfil in good faith the obligations assumed within these Articles of Colonisation.
c) All Citizens and Residents shall settle their disputes by peaceful means, within the Halls of Justice which are present on every station or planet within the Republic. Any legal decision must be taken in such a way that will ensure the Safety and the Security of the Republic, regardless of the gender, sexual orientation or any other distinction form, be them Citizens or Legal Residents.
d) In case of any breach of Safety and Security of the Republic, the Citizen or Legal Resident shall be transferred to the care of Crayter Intelligence Services for further interrogation and detention. The Crayter Intelligence Service will be considered exempt from the obligation to withhold the Human Rights described in the Articles of Colonisation, as any action taken by the Service as a whole is considered to be in the benefit of whole Nation.
e) All Social Platforms and Programs are open to all Citizens and Residents within the Borders of the Republic without any consideration to their race, gender or any other background.
f) All Citizens and Residents must uphold the Articles of Colonisation and be ready to serve the Nation as required, as part of Armed Forces or Civil Service, to ensure the survival of the Nation and the ideology.
g) The Colonial Republic of Crayter will respond to any attack against the Nation as a whole, with all necessary usage of force that the situation requires.
h) The Colonial Republic of Crayter will not intervene in any domestic matters of neighbouring states unless the said disturbance will be assesed to be a danger to the Nation, and which, in this case only, can covert or overt operations can be sanctioned.

Membership and joining the Colonial Republic of Crayter - ιδιότητα μέλους



Article 3- Άρθρο 3


The original members of the Colonial Republic of Crayter shall be those planetary social systems which, been established by the Citizens of Crayter or ruled by the Articles of Colonisation, within Sirius or Outer-Sirian space. This refers to planets, stations, modular bases and embassies which are ruled by the Government of Crayter, in accordance with the Articles of Colonisation.


Article 4 – Άρθρο 4


Membership in the Colonial Republic of Crayter is open to any other planetary social systems which accepted the rule of the Government of Crayter and is ready to adhere to the Articles of Colonisation. This includes planets, stations or modular stations which are also occupied by the Armed Forces of Crayter.


Article 5 – Άρθρο 5


The Crayterian Government can suspend the rights and privileges of any station or planet which falls under the rule of the Colonial Republic of Crayter if any such station is known or deemed to be hostile to the interests of the Colonial Republic of Crayter as a whole. The Government can issue orders for the Crayterian Fleet or Armed Forces to use lethal force to pacify the station or it can order the local Garrison to declare Martial Law and act together with the Crayterian Police Force.



Article 6 – Άρθρο 6


a)If any member station or planet is deemed to be lost to rebels or insurgents, or even to fall under foreign occupation, it will lose its status and can also be designated for total destruction by the Crayterian Fleet or if possible, station self-destruct must be activated to prevent the fall of the station into enemy hands.


b)If any station or planet has fallen to enemy forces, the Colonial Republic of Crayter must make it a priority to take it back to safeguard any secrets that may lie deep inside it. Usage of AIT detachments will be authorised and lethal force usage will be let down to the discretion of the AIT Commander.

CHAPTER THREE - Κεφάλαιο Τρίτο
Agencies and Corporations - Οργανισμοί και εταιρείες




Article 7- Άρθρο 7


There are military and civilian command and control organisations and agencies which activates within the Colonial Republic of Crayter.

The government of Colonial Republic of Crayter is represented by the Office of Presidency, Quorum of Ministers which controls both the Military and the Armed Forces.

The Militarised arm of the Republic is controlled by the Fleet Admiralty Board, which controls the Crayterian Fleet and Ares Logistics.

Defence of the stations, embassies or planetary bodies within the Colonial Republic of Crayter is the responsibility of an appointed Marshal which commands Crayterian Ground Forces, Crayterian Atmospheric Defence and Crayterian Police.

The Crayter Intelligence Service is an entity on its own and is directly under the command of the President, having authority over everyone in the Republic, including the Quorum of Ministers.

Crayter is having several established corporations, most of them being state-owned, such as Integral System Engineering, Conveyor Mineral Inc, Intersun Luxury Liners, Yuma Ocean Farming Co-Operative, Yuma Robotics Inc., Felix Manufacturing, Hephaestus Construction ltd and Crayter Defence Industries.

The Colonial Republic of Crayter is also having two high education institutions: Yuma University and Aithene Research Academy, along with with with several National Qualification Centres and a plethora of private and state-owned schools and high schools.

The Crayterian Armed Forces, Fleet and Planetary Forces have their own recognised Higher Education Facility on New Hellen, Planet Yuma, Coronado System, known as the Crayterian War Academy.


Article 8 – Άρθρο 8


a) The Colonial Republic of Crayter shall place no restriction on the eligibility of male and female or any member of Sirius sector to participate in any capacity under conditions of equality in it's principal and subsidiary agencies.

b) Any service done within the Armed Forces as a whole under a period of 3 years is giving any resident the legality to claim citizenship. In case of war condition, the mentioned period of 3 years can be extended to a longer period of time, usually until the crisis ends.

Article 9- Άρθρο 9


The Office of Presidency is held by a Citizen who accumulated the majority of the votes during an election period. The Presidency position is held for a mandate of 6 years but is not having any limitations on the number of mandates that a person can hold.


Article 10 – Άρθρο 10


The President may discuss any questions on any matters within the scope of these Articles of Colonisation or relating to the powers and functions of any agencies provided for in these Articles and may make recommendations to the Agencies of Republic or the Quorum of Ministers on any such questions or matters.


Article 11 – Άρθρο 11


The President may consider the general principles of cooperation in maintaining peace and security within the Republic of Crayter, including Diplomacy and the regulation of Agencies and Corporations, and may make recommendations or take a decision if the Quorum of Ministers and Presidency Office reach a consensus.
The President has the power to call on situations which are likely to endanger the Colonial Republic of Crayter and its citizens.



Article 12 – Άρθρο 12


The President Secretariat Office, with the consent of the Presidency Office, may represent the Office in any formal meetings with the Quorum of Ministers or any foreign power. The Secretariat Office of Presidency may not negotiate any trade deals or diplomacy, or approve any project within the borders of the Colonial Republic of Crayter. The Secretariat can only approve, in the name of the Presidency, if he had been issued with the Authority Seal from the President and only within the Guidelines received by the President. If anything is not within the Guidelines, the Secretary must take the new information back to the President and arrange a meeting to discuss new instructions.
Where the President Secretariat Office is executing the functions assigned to it under these Articles of Colonisation, with respect to any dispute or situation, it shall make no recommendation with regard to that dispute or situation unless so requested by the President itself.


Article 13 – Άρθρο 13


The Presidency Office shall initiate studies and make recommendations for the purpose of promoting co-operation in political fields and encouraging the progressive development of the Colonial Republic of Crayter within all the Agencies and Corporations of Crayter.
The Presidency Office is promoting co-operation in the economic, social, cultural, educational, health fields and fundamental freedoms for all the Citizens and Legal Residents without distinction as to culture, sex, language or religion.



Article 14 – Άρθρο 14


The Presidency Office may recommend measures for the peaceful adjustment of any situation, regardless of origin, which it deems likely to impair the general welfare within the borders of Colonial Republic of Crayter, including situations resulting from violations of the provisions of these Articles of Colonisation.


Article 15 – Άρθρο 15


The Presidency Office shall receive and consider regular and special reports from the Quorum of Ministers and will make a decision based on the proposals of the Ministers and it’s own Counsellors.
The Presidency Office shall receive and consider reports from the other Agencies and Corporations within the Colonial Republic of Crayter upon regular periods or reporting.



Article 16 – Άρθρο 16


The Office of Presidency, as a whole, shall consider and approve the budget within the Colonial Republic of Crayter, the expenses of the Republic shall be presented to the Office of Presidency by the Quorum of Ministers, upon consultation within their respective Ministries and they assigned Zone.
The Office of Presidency shall consider and approve any financial agreements with the Specialized Agencies and Armed Forces Entities after exanimating the budgets of such agencies and entities, after receiving their requests and recommendations.
All budgets will be made and paid in the Crayterian Credit, for expenses within the Colonial Republic of Crayter and in Sirian Credit if any outside agency is involved in any of the projects.



Article 17 – Άρθρο 17


The Office of Presidency shall have one vote only and is having the power to Veto if the vote of the Quorum of Ministers is taking a direction which the President may consider that is going to harm the Republic and its interests.
The President can use the Veto vote three times in a row and with each usage, it must propose the matter back to the discussion and debate.
The voting is used in all matters within the Colonial Republic of Crayter.



Article 18 – Άρθρο 18


The Office of Presidency shall meet in regular periodic sessions and in such special sessions as occasion may require. Special sessions shall be convoked by the Quorum of Ministers or CIS.

Article 19- Άρθρο 19


The Quorum of Ministers shall consist of the Ministries of Colonial Republic of Crayter and shall number twelve maximum Ministries.
The Ministries can be created to fit any need that the Republic has in the matter of Internal Organisation.
There are permanent seats, however, in the Quorum of Ministers, hold by the: Internal Affairs Ministry, External Affairs Ministry, Ministry of Development and Research, Ministry of Production, Ministry of Social Needs and Ministry of Transit.


Article 20 – Άρθρο 20


In order to assure prompt and effective action within the Colonial Republic of Crayter, the Quorum of Ministers primary responsibility for the maintenance of peace, development, stability and security, and agree that in carrying out its duties under the Articles of Colonisation.
The Quorum of Ministers shall submit regular and, when necessary, special reports to the Office of Presidency for its consideration and approval, especially after the voting in the Quorum is finished


Article 21 – Άρθρο 21


The members of the Quorum of Ministers agree to accept and carry out the decisions of the Quorum of Ministers in accordance with these Articles of Colonisation after the voting has concluded within the Quorum.


Article 22 – Άρθρο 22


In order to promote the establishment and maintenance of peace, development, stability and security within the Colonial Republic of Crayter, and economic resources for civilian and military industries, armaments, the Quorum of Ministers shall be responsible for formulating plans, with the assistance of Crayter Armed Forces and Corporations.


Article 23 – Άρθρο 23


Each member of the Quorum of Ministers shall have one vote and the decision of Quorum of Ministers shall be taken with a majority of 60% of the Yes Votes. If the voting ends at 55% for Yes, the matter must be sent back for debate and taken to another Vote.


Article 24 – Άρθρο 24


The Quorum of Ministers shall be organized as to be able to function continuously. Each member of the Quorum of Ministers shall be represented at all times when the Quorum holds periodic meetings.
The Quorum of Ministers meetings can be taking place in other places other than the Quorum Building on Yuma, as long as it can facilitate the meeting and the support for the Ministers.

Article 25- Άρθρο 25


The parties to any dispute within the Colonial Republic of Crayter, having continuance of which is likely to endanger the maintenance of peace, development, stability and security, shall, first of all, seek a solution by negotiation, enquiry, mediation, conciliation, arbitration, judicial settlement, resort to regional agencies or arrangements, or other peaceful means.
The Quorum of Ministers shall, when it deems necessary, call upon the parties to settle their disputes by such means, within the Quorum Building on Yuma or the Judicial Halls of Crayter Legal System.


Article 26 – Άρθρο 26


The Quorum of Ministers may investigate any dispute, or any situation that might lead to friction or give rise to a dispute, in order to determine whether the continuance of the dispute or situation is likely to endanger the maintenance of peace and security. The Quorum of Ministers can and may assigned Enforcement Agencies within the Colonial Republic of Crayter to assist or if they declare the State of Necessity it may pass entirely to CIS to investigate.


Article 27 – Άρθρο 27


Any member of the Colonial Republic of Crayter may bring any dispute or any situation of nature to the attention of the Quorum of Ministers or Office of Presidency.


Article 28 – Άρθρο 28


The Quorum of Ministers and the Office of Presidency may, at any stage of a dispute or any kind of situation, recommend procedures or appropriate methods of adjustment, after taking into consideration any procedures for the settlement of the dispute, objectively.

The Quorum of Ministers and the Office of Presidency, under the regulations of the Articles of Colonisation, should take into consideration that any legal disputes should as a general rule be referred to the Judicial Halls of Crayter Legal System in accordance with the statute of the Crayter Legal System.


Chapter Seven - κεφάλαιο Επτά
Threats of the Peace and Acts of Aggression - Απειλές της ειρήνης και πράξεις επιθετικότητας



Article 29- Άρθρο 29


The Quorum of Ministers and Office of Presidency shall determine the existence of any threat to the peace or acts of aggression towards the Colonial Republic of Crayter and shall make recommendations to maintain or restore peace and security.


Article 30 – Άρθρο 30


In order to prevent aggravation of the situation, the Office of Presidency and Quorum of Ministers may call upon the parties concerned to comply with such provisional measures as it deems necessary or desirable. Such provisional measures may be with prejudice to the rights, claims, or position of the parties concerned, involving Armed Forces, Police or CIS.


Article 31 – Άρθρο 31


The Quorum of Ministers and Office of Presidency may decide what measures are to be employed to give effect to its decisions and may call upon the members of the Crayterian Police, Crayterian Armed Forces or CIS to apply such measures. These may include partial or complete interruption of economic relations, communications, space travel and cutting diplomatic relations.


Article 32 – Άρθρο 32


All members of the Crayter Armed Forces, Crayter Police and CIS in obligation to the maintenance of peace and security, on call of the Quorum of Ministers and Office of Presidency, have full authority and priority including rights of passage and docking, stopping and checking any type of vessel, including Diplomatic Vessels, Crayterian or Foreign Entity.


Article 33 – Άρθρο 33


When the Office of Presidency and the Quorum of Ministers has decided to use force, they must consult with the Fleet Admiral and the Planetary Forces Marshal, before they will sign the act which will authorise the action.


Article 34 – Άρθρο 34


In order to enable the Colonial Republic of Crayter to take urgent military measures, it must maintain a professional standing army, stationed around strategic planetary points or stations. Basing on the needs of the Colonial Republic of Crayter, the Office of Presidency can issue an Executive Order which will call to arms all Citizens. This can be maintained as long as the State of Necessity is declared. All Citizens will be allocated to every branch of the Armed Forces or Police, CIS being excluded from the Executive Order 35. Legal Residents can be formed into Auxiliary Units for the defence of their settlements or on planet-wide defence plan.


Article 35 – Άρθρο 35


Plans for the application of Crayterian Armed Forces and Crayterian Police shall be made by the Office of Presidency with the assistance of the Fleet Admiral, Planetary Forces Marshal or Police Commissioner. The execution of the plan, once approved, will fall entirely to the Admiralty Board, Planetary Forces Joint Command or Crayterian Police Central Command.


Article 36 – Άρθρο 36


While the State of Necessity had been declared and the Action Plans had been approved, the Crayterian Armed Forces as a whole and the Crayterian Police shall provide an Officer attached to the Quorum of Ministers and the Office of Presidency, to keep the Boards informed of the situation on the field. CIS agents will supervise the Operations and will provide intelligence when needed, taking physical action if asked to.


Article 37 – Άρθρο 37


The action required to carry out decisions of the Quorum of Ministers and Office of Presidency for the maintenance of peace and security within the Colonial Republic of Crayter shall be taken by Crayterian Fleet, Crayterian Planetary Forces, Crayterian Police and Crayterian Intelligence Services, or with the help of the Allied Forces, if asked and authorised by the Office of Presidency and under supervision of Crayter Intelligence Services.


Article 38 – Άρθρο 38


In the interest of preserving peace and security within the borders of the Colonial Republic of Crayter or within the borders of allied entities, the Crayter Armed Forces and Crayter Intelligence Services can be authorised to take action within their borders, but not to enforce Crayterian Laws within the Allied space, unless the section of the system is leased to Colonial Republic of Crayter.


Article 39 – Άρθρο 39


If preventive or enforcement measures against any entity is deemed by the Office of Presidency and Quorum of Ministers as acceptable to maintain the security and peace, the voting must be 80% in favour of the action, after the Crayter Intelligence Services are providing their report on the entity or situation.



Article 40 – Άρθρο 40


The Articles of Colonisation provides every Citizen and Legal Resident the right to take up arms if their settlement or Colony is under attack. If the Citizen and Legal Resident is under attack while outside of Colonial Republic of Crayter, they have the full right to defend themselves and authorised to use force as they are seeing fit for the situation.



Article 41 – Άρθρο 41


If the Citizens and Legal Residents of the Colonial Republic of Crayter are encountering hostile entities outside the Colonial Republic of Crayter Borders, they must not proceed to any violent acts unless they are coming under attack, at which Article 41 comes into full effect.

Chapter Eight - κεφάλαιο Οκτώ
Crayterian Fleet – Crayterian Στόλος


Article 42- Άρθρο 42


a) There is an established and continuously active Crayterian Fleet as part of the Crayterian Armed Forces. It is comprised of Battlegroups assigned to certain Systems or designed for a specific activity.
b) All the personnel active within the Battlegroup must finish their training at the Crayterian War Academy and must score a 7.0 before they can be cleared to use a fighter or a bomber. The officers must score an 8.5 before they can be entrusted with a command within the Crayterian Fleet.
c) The Crayterian Fleet can be bolstered by the recruiting under Article 35. In that situation, the new personnel will be checked and if any served within the Crayter Fleet they would be put to active service, if not they would-be put-on reserve, having the training to get them on par with the active personnel.
d) The operations and actions of the Crayterian Fleet, once it had been approved by the Quorum of Ministers and Office of Presidency will become the responsibility of the Admiralty Board, lead by the Fleet Admiral.
e) Fleet expenditures are reviewed by the Fleet Admiral and the Admiralty Board and send for authorisation to the Office of Presidency and Quorum of Ministers. The expenditures include the Salaries for all the personnel within the Crayterian Fleet, paid in Crayterian Credits; maintenance of Military Installations, Battlegroups and personnel training, paid in Crayterian Credits and creation of new Battlegroups and ships, paid in Sirian Credits.
f) If the Fleet personnel are operating outside the Colonial Republic of Crayter, they must be paid in Sirian Credits, on par with the foreign allied forces.


Article 43 – Άρθρο 43


a) Expenditures granted under these Articles of Colonisation for the design and procurement of ships must be coming out of the Crayterian Fleet budget and finances must be wired to Crayterian Defence Industries.
b) Crayterian Fleet can procure and maintain a fleet of capital ships composed of Deimos-class Dreadnaught, Zephyr-class Carrier, Argus-class Battlecruiser, Thanatos-class Cruiser and Hydra-class Gunboat.
c) Crayterian Fleet can procure and maintain a fleet of small ships, such as Celestra-class Combat Freighter, in all its modifications, maintained by the Ares Logistics, the Evo 2b- Nyx class Very Heavy Fighter, Eros-class Light Fighter and Evo 12B- Pytho Bomber.
d) Crayterian Fleet can procure and maintain a fleet of allied ships, from the Crayterian Fleet Budget. This must be made in concordance with the necessity of maintaining the purchased ships and train engineers for their maintenance.


Article 44 – Άρθρο 44


The training of base personnel and ship crew shall include all fields of science and technology present within the Crayterian Fleet as well as Military Science and Training. It is the intent of these Articles of Colonisation that Crayterian Fleet shall be used on missions of peacekeeping or war.


Article 45 – Άρθρο 45


a) The Crayterian Fleet must act only on the Executive Orders given by the Office of Presidency and Quorum of Ministers and with the approval of the Admiralty Board and Fleet Admiral.
b) Crayterian Fleet can act in self-defence if fired upon. The Pilot or Commander of the attacked ship can deem what level of force to use to protect its ship and its crew.
c) Crayterian Fleet can order Auxiliary Units and Civilian ships to depart the area and have full authority over them. Failure to comply can result in Court Martial or taken to Justice Halls, where it is going to be judged accordingly.
d) Crayterian Fleet cannot order Crayterian Intelligence Service ships and agents and they must subordinate to the Agents and follow their commands. Failure to comply can result in Emergency Court Martial and it may result in the destitution* and immediate arrest of the Commander or the Pilot.
*Note: If the State of Necessity is declared, the Pilot or Commander in question can be killed on sight by the Agent.



Chapter NIne - Κεφάλαιο Εννέα
Crayterian Intelligence Service – Crayterian Υπηρεσία Πληροφοριών



Article 46- Άρθρο 46


a) There is an established and continuously active Crayterian Intelligence Service as part of the Colonial Republic of Crayter. It is comprised of 1 Battlegroup assigned to certain areas of interest within the borders.
b) All the personnel active is having their identities unknown and once the recruitment process they are assigned a code which will be active within the Republic.
c) The Crayterian Intelligence Service cannot recruit under the Article 35. All Agents and Operatives are going through hard conditioning to make sure that they are loyal to the Nation in itself and to safeguard and protect its interest.
d) The operations and actions of the Crayterian Intelligence Service are not sanctioned by Quorum of Ministers and only the Office of Presidency can have a degree of authority over the Service Operations.
e) Crayterian Intelligence Service can override any decision taken by the Quorum of Ministers, Board of Admiralty. The Crayterian Intelligence Service answers to the President itself, overriding the Office of Presidency.
f) Under extreme measures, the Crayterian Intelligence Service can override the President itself and install a State of Necessity over the entire Colonial Republic of Crayter and set an Overseer until the problem is investigated. If the Quorum of Ministers are not involved, they would be put in charge and vice versa.
g) The extreme conditions when the Crayterian Intelligence can override a decision coming from the Office of Presidency, Quorum of Ministers and Board of Admiralty are as follows: High Treason, Corruption, actions which will cause damage to the sovereign space of Colonial Republic of Crayter, or the well-being of the Citizens and Legal Residents living within the borders.
h) The Agents and Operatives of Crayter Intelligence Service are having the authority to command over any Pilot, Commander, Admiral, Soldier, Citizen, Legal Residents or vessels at any time. Failure to comply can lead to arrest and detention at rehabilitation camps within the Shadow Bases to summary execution, if it is proven that the death of the person in question will stop harming the Colonial Republic of Crayter.
i) Agents and Operatives are under the jurisdiction of an Overseer of Operations, which is having full authority over their designated Agents and Operatives. The Overseers can assign missions to each Agent or Operative and it can also pass judgement if they failed or they are causing harm to the Colonial Republic of Crayter.
j) Agents and Operatives can be punished if they are committing: High Treason, Acts of Corruption, actions which will cause damage to the sovereign space of Colonial Republic of Crayter, or the well-being of the Citizens and Legal Residents living within the borders.
k) Crayterian Intelligence Service expenditures is reviewed by the Agency Overseer and sent for authorisation to the Office of Presidency and Quorum of Ministers. The expenditures include the Salaries for all the personnel within the CIS, paid in Crayterian Credits; maintenance of CIS Installations, Battlegroup and personnel training, paid in Crayterian Credits and payments for CIS Operations within Colonial Republic of Crayter or Sirius, paid in Sirian Credits.


Article 47 – Άρθρο 47


a) Crayterian Intelligence Service can procure and maintain a fleet of capital ships composed of one Zephyr-class Carrier, two Argus-class Battlecruiser, four Thanatos-class Cruiser and ten Hydra-class Gunboat.
b)Crayterian Intelligence Service can procure and maintain a fleet of small ships, such as Celestra-class Combat Freighter, in all its modifications, the Evo 2b- Nyx class Very Heavy Fighter, Eros-class Light Fighter and Evo 12B- Pytho Bomber.



Article 48 – Άρθρο 48


The training of base personnel and ship crew shall include all fields of science and technology present within the Crayterian Intelligence Service as well as Military Science and Training, along with Information Obtaining and Counter-Information, along with obtaining high tech material, some considered classified or unlawful by the Houses of Sirius. It is the intent of these Articles of Colonisation that Crayterian Fleet shall be used on missions of safeguarding the Colonial Republic of Crayter, Information and Material Gathering and Counter-Information.
