Right now.I've been in this kind of situation before,and I don't like it one bit.I'm all hyper about 4.85 out and all,I go and install it,everything looking good,when all of the sudden,cold shower.My characters are gone.I've regularly logged to the chars every 10 days to be sure,though I couldn't undock any of them due to graphic problems on my computer.First time this happened I was told that no character returns will be done,it was kind of my fault,I had no access to internet at home for a month and a half.But this time,it's just over the line.I want my billion credits back.Thank you.

Did you do a clean install before adding 4.85?
If so..

Did you back up your accounts with FLAM before un-installing everything?

Because if you didnt.. Well, I'm sorry, I think they might be gone.

sounds like your computer may be at fault. Let's hope current logs have a record of your cash worth or you may find it difficult to get it back.
