I like this Liberty gunboat design, but the current gunboat doesn't need a replacement. What we do need is a GMG battlecruiser.

all factions around it have caps. most unlawfuls have more than this mini-house that supplies most of Sirius with fuel.

IMG has a cruiser. The ID of IMG even allows battleships. And they're not as rich and as compact nor as good in warfare as the GMG.

But GMG has not a single cap.

Makes sense.
