Project STAAR:
Project STAAR - Special Task - Aid, Assist, Repair was initiated by the Board shortly after the transferring of ownership to GRG.
The projects intent was to mitigate any issues aboard the station and restore it to full functionality.
The board eventually appointed myself, Rick Mortar to supervise the project.
With my arrival, it was discovered of the true situation aboard Freeport 5. Its crew - highly exposed to radiation; the structure in dismay and critical systems in decay.
