Five Guardians and one Liberator fighters
Ability to adjust loadouts at will of all of these ships in line with technology that can be used on any other ship with Order| ID, primarily:
Edge World, Order, Liberty lawful, Liberty civilian, Blood Dragon, Bundschuh, Generic civilian

4. Why is this request necessary for the continuation of this character's roleplay?
The Order had entered in this-for-that trade with the 5th of Liberty Navy, starting out with exchanging limited number of ships to each other, offering training and assistance with the maintenance to keep up both wings up to their maximum potential. While The Order can (and already does) use some ships at 75% powercore already, using reasonably average/balanced fighter force made up of only these Guardians is far less than optimal. In spirit of equality, both sides are obligated to provide for fully functional gear at its peak efficiency so as that neither feel stolen or taken advantage of.
5. What short-term and long-term goals are you planing to achieve on this character?
Short term, to build up INRP trust with 5th which would lead to further co-operation and even bigger projects to benefit both sides. There is natural aura of caution over anything that involves The Order and the Houses and the 5th is no exception. Even now, the shared ships are officially considered gained though illicit means to maintain secrecy and public image at very least until Liberty as a whole eases up towards Order.
Long term, The Order wants to explore more dedicated squadron roleplay and dive towards official factions original lore as more homogeneous group of ex-LN defectors who set up themselves in Omicrons - The Black Squadron of Old - only then begun recruiting from other walks of life. Obtaining reasonable amount of Liberty Navy tech will be a jumping point towards fleshing out pre 4.85 lore up to modern standards to make faction less generic and more distinct.

The Order and 5th engaged in a process of non-aggression and co-operation for almost two years. Originally it was a silent approval that despite the differences and unlawful status, both realize that The Nomads are the actual threat that transpires the trenches. Firstly, it was an agreement to hunt down common fugitives, though it changed by High Command allowing its aspiring Captain Solandros to prove himself by engaging in more thorough diplomatic talks with 5th. One of the measurable results is exchange of five VHF's and one LF to the other side.
8. How long has this character been building its backstory?
5th and Order| had been in contact for almost two years. Current streak of diplomacy begun approximately 4 months ago and is constantly developed. All characters involved in the story/talks had been around for much longer than that.
